Standard, alarming Lancashire close-passing at speed incident at a typical place- the mentality encouraged by the police is: 'if you can't see vehicles ahead because of a sharp right bend, just overtake the cyclist anyway and swerve inwards towards the cyclist if you have to'. These reports are always ignored by Lancashire Constabulary. The vehicle remained in the left lane throughout- oncoming traffic in the right lane. Time on the video is GMT.
