There are 2 areas on my regular rides where these unbroken white line offences in dangerous positions occur in both directions regularly because Lancashire Constabulary refuses/ is too idle to take action against them under their 'No Collision = No Offence principle. This one is Wyre Bridge, Garstang. The other is Calder Bridge, Catterall. Time on the video is GMT.
