Cycling at 29kph/ 18mph over a blind humped bridge on a main road when I was close-passed by this large builder's van which also illegally crossed the double white lines. There was, as is almost invariable, no response whatsoever from Lancashire Constabulary to the incident report- it wasn't officially dismissed, just ignored.
