Had to swerve onto the wrong side of the road to avoid a crash

I was cycling along when the Jag stopped at the give way line on the side road, then decided to pull out right in front of me forcing me to go on the wrong side of the road.
Reported to the Police, found guilty this week, driving without due care, 4 licence points and £244 fine.
