The offence of illegally crossing the unbroken white line in a dangerous position before a blind humpbacked canal bridge followed by a left bend is common in both directions at this location, encouraged by the refusal of Lancashire Constabulary to take action to deter it. The police will ignore this report as they have all the others. It's only the fact that there are so few cyclists around here which prevents a collision due to reckless drivers overtaking cyclists simultaneously in both directions. Time on the video is GMT.
