Dangerously speeding Close Pass by BMW Reg HN58 FHT

Cycling in Richmond Park this evening, I had just turned right onto Queens Road over the Roundabout at Kingston Road, Heading northwards, I was just getting over the slight rise with a on-coming car. That's when a BMW, Registration HN58 FHT, drove at high speed, extremely close to my right, nearly catching my right arm and then turned across my front wheel to avoid colliding with the oncoming car. Note that the speed limit in the Park is 20mph, I was doing about 15mph so this car is doing well in excess of 20mph.
