Why so angry you pulled out on me

Cycling along slowly on a small street when the silver car pulled out from the side street. I slowed to check that I had got the number when the passenger started waving there arms as me as if it was my fault they pulled out into my path. Then the driver screeched away, all with a young child in the back of the car, why oh why.
