What is THAT?

I was moving along eastbound in the shoulder of a busy 2 lane road when this farm tractor/trailer contraption crossed lanes from the far shoulder and drive lane to turn into a drive on the opposite side of the road. Looked like it was hauling pumpkins, but can't be sure. Maybe the woman on top of the load could have told me?

Not even sure how to categorize this one...bizarre.
