VW Jetta takes shortcut to get in front of cyclist

The VW Jetta driver decided not to wait behind a cyclist at a roundabout and instead dangerously cut through a small shopping center and through NO ENTRY signs to emerge on the roundabout . . . . still behind the cyclist.
Maybe they saw the Lamborghini in their mirror and decided to show off, or maybe they are just an idiot who has no business being behind the wheel of a motor vehicle?
Reported to the police but no idea of the outcome as they don't provide updates.
