VW Golf close pass (no TAX/MOT) VN06BJX

This poor VW Golf driver was happily weaving in and out of traffic making good progress when they came across an entitled cyclist expecting to be passed safely. The driver waited a few seconds and then squeezed not at all dangerously past. With all these selfish cyclists delaying their important journeys you can't blame them for not having time to pay their road tax or get an MOT.
Reported to the police but they don't give updates so no idea of the outcome.
