VW Caddy close pass and brake check VA10GYZ

the VW Caddy driver decided to wind down his window and defend his driving during the close pass I was objecting too! Just to prove his complete unsuitability to be in charge of a motor vehicle he then brake checked me.
Reported to the police but they don't provide updates.
