Videocalling while driving with a child with no seatbelt on and a car with no MOT: 3 points + £32 admin fee + £100 victim surcharge + £284 court costs

I saw this guy driving along while video calling, and so I recorded what was going on to inform the London MET Police. It later became apparent that there was a child on the back seat who was not wearing a seat belt (it's the driver's responsibility to ensure children under 14 are wearing a seatbelt), and the police found that the car had no MOT at the time. Hopefully, the young passenger and the driver will benefit from safer journeys in future.
