Vauhall Zafira BV63 GYY does a dangerous overtake, close pass and danger to oncoming traffic

Cycling along Epsom Lane North, heading towards Tadworth and had just past
Tattenham Crescent. A Blue Volkswagen Zafira, registration BV63 GYY, came from
behind and did an overtake on the right, just as the road was going into a rising curve.
There was on-coming traffic in the form of a grey Audi, 3 cyclists and a blue Volkswagen
Touareg. He past extreemely close to my right hand side, forces the grey Audi onto the
grass verge, passes close to the oncoming cyclists and nearly collides with the
oncoming blue Volkswagen Touareg.
