Van close pass on Thistle Hill Rise

White van owned by Bush Tyres close passes me, whilst car travelling in opposite direction. Apparently North Yorkshire Police are not interested, despite their close pass campaign. My 1 meter tramline demonstrate how close the driver actually was. I was also asked not to use tramlines again on any future submissions. This happens so often on this road, bit no action has been taken on the last 6 submissions.
