Unexpected Dump (Truck)

Out for an early morning ride, and a large trash dump truck blocked the shoulder and half of the lane, forcing me to cross the double yellow to get around it...not knowing if the dump truck might back up into me as I passed it. There was an oncoming car to consider as well...thankfully the drivers all behaved themselves. You'll see it in the rear facing camera.
