TRUFFLES BAKERY VAN

I turned right out of Moor Lane onto the B2124, East of Ringmer. The Road was clear but I could see a van in the distance. After some time the Truffles Bakery Van flew past me, making no attempt to give me space. The vehicle has a wide body and he didn't even cross the white line despite no on-coming traffic. I calculated that he was doing 60mph.
My Cycliq Fly12 is centrally mounted so the right side of my body is 12 inches nearer and wing mirrors reducing the distance even more.
I reported the incident to Sussex Police using the Operation Crackdown website.
They said that it will go to prosecution but now after 9 months they have basically "Reviewed it".
All my reports have ended this way despite having great video footage
Who are Sussex Police “Cracking Down” on? It certainly isn’t Guilty Motorists putting vulnerable road-users at risk!.
