Truck close overtake in school zone and speeding through manly

this truck driver couldn't wait for 80 meter (until he turned left) for his overtake and decided to do a close overtake in a school zone. after he decided to speed through manly which is a 40 zone.
it is dangerous enough for a car to do this, for a truck driving so close and at this speed is beyond anything safe.
