Tradie in a hurry

Riding up Mount Street and a tradie in a ute decides that rather than wait a few seconds until it is safe for me to move out of the way when the parked cars on the left have been passed, he guns past me, missing me by well less than the 1m legal passing limit. Unfortunately, what with light conditions and his headlights, his numberplate is not visible.
