Texas DPS Troopers parked illegally in the bike lane – no good reason, as there is a parking spaces next to the bike lane

Was commuting to work by bike and saw the DPS troopers parked illegally in the bike lane for no good reason. I asked them if their car broke down, and of course they do not care about your safety if you are on two wheels.
