Suspended driver, distracted, missed my chin by the length of a dollar bill

Frank Susan, driving under suspension, in a Ford 350 box truck, distracted, drifted left of center. I dove right, away from the impact. His driver side fender mirror hit my left shoulder.
He was convicted, sentenced to jail time, did not report!.
