Stop at a red light? Don’t be silly, I drive a VW Golf

As I stopped at a red light I glanced in my mirror to check the car behind, a Red Ford, was also slowing and saw a blue VW Golf start to move out from behind the Ford. The Golf accelerated between the Ford and a Mini in the outside lane who were both stopping and went through the red light.
Reported to the police but no idea of the outcome.
