Soccer blockhead

Although this little bike path is very short it does offer a 300m shortcut. Driver of 1HOS509 doesn't seem to consider this when parking his ego truck on it. He also seems a bit intimidated that my light that is shining in his eyes - perhaps he should consider how much he is blinding everybody else coming up the street.
