So close you could feel the heat!

The driver of this ute with registration MSQA owned by Maroota Sandstone Quarry Australia passed our group of cyclists so closely that the rider up front could feel the heat from the vehicle as it passed. This incident occurred heading north on Wisemans Ferry Road in South Maroota heading towards Sackville Ferry Road. This section of road is an 80km/h zone. The minimum passing distance that this driver should have given our group is 1.5 metres.

A dangerous driving complaint has been sent to Maroota Sandstone Quarry Australia with no response at this stage. This incident is yet to be reported to Police.
