Frightening close pass at speed- driver flashed past at 50mph + in a 30 limit. The Transit remained almost completely within the left lane in order to avoid colliding with the oncoming Ford Kuga. There is no doubt that Lancashire Constabulary will ignore these offences. Time on the video is GMT.
