Run off the Roundabout

Toyota pickup couldn't wait a few seconds so crowded me off the roundabout and crossed the white line well onto the shoulder to do so. I provided the video to the Town of Timnath police showing the driver broke the pass with 3-foot clearance law and the unsafe lane usage law. The law enforcement officer contacted the driver who claimed it wasn't intentional. I will let you decide.
