Red light runner

Driver hardly slowed down for the turn onto the freeway. They must have had a red light as the pedestrian signal (little man) was green. OK, so there's no bike lantern for the pedestrian crossing, to make it lawful to ride across. But I could easily have been just a pedestrian using the shared path.
