Pup came out into the bike lane to say hi

Tempo in the bike lane, noticed a gentlemen and his dog exit his car.  The dog saw me coming and bee lined right in front of me.  I was already anticipating his actions so was able to brake and swerve or else we both would be nice and bruised up right now.  Rubber side down all  :-).
