Poor pass by ambulance!

I was cycling home on the A30, the speed limit was 40mph and I was travelling at just over 20mph.

Traffic was relatively light, however, this ambulance overtook me leaving little space to me. Clearly the driver left insufficient room, and nowhere near the statutory minimum (ie 1.5m at 30mph) despite it travelling closer to 40mph, and was simply driving dangerously close to me whilst over taking.

There was a gap in the traffic coming from opposite so there is no excuse for not waiting a few seconds to overtake me legally and safely, in particular the ambulance driver who, being a professional emergency worker, should know better.

I submitted to the police, but they took over a week to review so they ran out of time to actually do anything to the driver.
