Poor driving standards

Riding east along Whitehorse Road into Box Hill when slowing down to stop behind dark 4WD at top of rise became aware of vehicle approx 2 feet distance from me to my right (not visible)
Continued east when this vehicle a grey Mazda passed my on my right and came extremely close to me Less than 1.5 metres.
