Poor anticipation by first car and intimidation by second car

Heading westbound on Burns Beach Road towards roundabout with Joondalup Drive. 1st lane is turn left only. 2nd lane is turn left or right at roundabout. I was turning right and signalled so.
Nothing in inside lane, but black Commodore green P plater was in third lane and floored it to overtake me and go left at roundabout. Second car on inside lane beeped horn three times and at roundabout where he turned left shouted what kind of car is that bike. No footage of him as I was going in a different direction (right at roundabout).
