Police deny punishment pass despite what the 3 other cars do…

Experiencing this felt like a very deliberate punishment pass. The OIC however explained that he was happy to accept the drivers excuse that she had borrowed the car and didn't know its width.

CF advised me that he had similar police rejection of intentional close passes from this same police station.
