Pickup driver nearly hits me as he took my right-of-way

With my Fly 12 flashing, and a bright jersey, the driver clearly saw me coming down the road (c. 30mph) and came right at me. Had I not diverted towards the gutter he would have hit me. As he passed me he rolled down his window and harassed me more.
