Pichup truck (figures…) dangerous cutoff – near miss

Pickup truck cut off. Had to stop. Cyclist was wearing bright kit and Fly 12 was in high-beam flashing mode. No excuse for this reckless driving. Law enforcement does nothing to protect cyclists here. No sense in reporting.
