P Platers big engine goes Vroom, vroom, vroom – EUF19E

P plater in '96 Commodore revs the engine at cyclist in a spot of casual road violence. Turned into a cul-de-sac (ignored the 'Keep Left' sign by driving on the wrong side of the road with an oncoming vehicle) so driver was seconds from journeys end anyway. Oncoming driver of Mercedes JA497 tops it off by failing to indicate a left turn and failing to obey a 'No Entry' sign.
