P Plater gets T.I.N and fine

The only video I've submitted to Police in over 35,000km's of riding with Fly6 & Fly12 cameras and it resulted in an Infringement Notice & Fine to the driver. My riding buddy in front had only a month or 2 before this been hit by a car so was hyper vigilant which was the only reason he avoided ending up under the wheels of this car as she crossed his path of travel right where he would have been had he not taken evasive action.
