Motorist blatantly running red light without consequence

This motorist ran through this red light long after it was red for them without remotely attempting to slow or brake for the light. Had I proceeded with my green light, they would have run over me. This is a common occurrence at this light. There have been multiple deaths, and countless accidents, at this intersection caused by reckless drivers.
