I saw this pair a few minutes earlier shouting crazily out of the windows of the Berlingo, driving erratically and loudly sounding the horn- they were clearly drugged-up. I then cut through onto Garstang High Street while they continued driving round. They came up behind me, sounding the horn and then close-passed me while the driver held up a mobile phone displaying an image of a woman's breasts (although I couldn't make out the image at the time, of course). Time on the video is GMT.
