MGIF close pass, tailgating, and all-round bad driving

First an overtake of three cyclists, despite having nowhere to go - which puts him into a prolonged close pass, and forces oncoming traffic to take evasive action. Then once he's in front, he tailgates the car in front. Anothe overtake of cyclists into oncoming traffic, meaning he again has to pull in & tailgate more cyclists and force more oncoming traffic into the verge, and finally an overtake approaching a bend into yet more oncoming traffic.
