Very alarming close pass by a large Sprinter white van while there was a lot of oncoming traffic- these assaults are encouraged by the police refusing to take action against them. This report will also be ignored- it is impossible to fail to despise Lancashire Constabulary! 3 minutes later, I overtook the van in the town centre and took a picture of the driver. Time on the video is GMT.
