Knocked off Bike by Ford Truck YC21 FOP

Cycling with my cycle club, in a line on a group ride, passing a parked car in the road, as I moved out to pass, a Ford Truck, YC21 FOP, cut the line of cyclists, knocked me off my bike. As a hit and rolled on the road, his rear wheel went over the back of my thigh.
