Passing a red traffic light at speed by Audi A4 K7 DDY, while I was walking towards the lights. This offence will very likely be ignored by Lancashire Constabulary, because that's what they always do- whether it's reported to OpSnap Lancs or the alternative DoItOnline reporting portal. They have ignored the previous 2 such offences reported in the last few days.
