K & S Tilt Trays Dangerous Driver

This guy had his tilt tray truck with a trailer attached and cam so close to me in my lane . I then seen him at the lights took his photo and he gave me the finger and laughed. He knew what he did was dangerous. This guy will kill someone one day. I think his name is Kaine.
