I’ve heard of being given cement shoes, but this is ridiculous

This truck had an entire lane to move into, which is required by law in the State of Washington. Instead, he chose to encroach on the bike lane. He actually drove into the lane, but that doesn't show in this clip. I've e-mailed the video to the company; awaiting their response.
