Impatient & Dangerous

Cycling half a mile into town to buy a newspaper should be safe enough, but not when there are impatient, dangerous and inconsiderate drivers about. Approaching a T junction this white car overtook me turning left across my path in the junction as if I was not there. The driver also failed to use their indicators for the left turn. I would love to report this to the police but experience suggests that sadly they are not concerned with such matters.
