If I catch you I will knock you off your bike!

I was cycling when the van came from a perpendicular road. Without reducing his speed he came so fast and close to me that hit me in my right shoulder with his right mirror. I yelled as he passed me and he stopped and got out of his vehicle and immediately started threatening me and walking towards me saying he would knock me off my bike if he could catch me.
Reported to MET police but they said "Insufficient evidence" and "Not in the public interest to proceed with a prosecution"!!.
