Idiot undertakes at junction

While waiting at a busy junction I saw a gap in the traffic and prepared to move off by
doing a right shoulder check. I saw the Renault Megane behind me and was surprised to see it overshoot the correct position and enter the oncoming lane of the junction. As I started to cycle across the junction the Megane suddenly appeared to my left and dangerously undertook me, crossing directly through the path I was taking. I believe the Megane driver may have been racing with another driver as less than twenty seconds later a Volvo dangerously passed me directly into the path of an oncoming car, caught up with the Megane and took the same exit at the next roundabout.
