Idiot bumps into me then drives off

Clear day, wet road. Vauxhall Insignia car pulls out from a junction on my right hand side just as I'm passing that junction.
Presumably he didn't see me, because he continued to pull out and hit my right leg with his front bumper. I somehow managed to keep upright, whilst he just straightened up and sped off. Moron.
