Honking and tailgating South on Van Ness under the train tracks in Fresno, CA

It was pretty clear I was in the road due to my blinking red tail light and central position in the lane. There was nowhere for me to go, even if I had wanted to let the car go around when they honked repeatedly. The tailgating was the most disturbing part, I felt like the driver was trying to intimidate me.
