While riding back from the garden center at 16:09 9-Jul-2021 I was passed multiple times by a driver in a Nissan Armada (LLZ-2072). They encroached in the shoulder to pass me closely, turned right in front of me, stopped to obstruct my path, then passed me closely again slowing down and inching closer the whole time until they were done getting a kick out of putting me in danger...and the whole time they were looking at me smiling.
