Gave themselves the right of way

I signaled a right turn, but the 4Runner decided to overtake me anyway. They forced me to yield the right of way when they put themselves in front of me. Then they stopped briefly in the middle of a 50 mph roadway. It was a varsity d*&K thing to do.
